Cancellation Policy:

Please note that once an order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. In such instances, our standard return policy applies (see below).

We accept returns within 15 days from the date of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached. Please be aware that certain items, such as intimate wear, swimwear, and customized or personalized products, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) for a refund or store credit, depending on your preference.

Non-Refundable Items:
